Get your athlete in shape with Colorado Mammoth Trainer Joel Raether* and his staff!  

The goal of the dryland/movement sessions for the Mustang Sports Club will be to provide an arena where the foundations for fundamental movement patterns and progressions can be instituted with the intent to influence higher level movement proficiencies.  This will include teaching body control and awareness, teach an understanding of rhythmic abilities, acceleration, deceleration and change of direction as well as bilateral (both foot/leg) competency as it applies to sport and sport movements.  This will be accomplished with a progressive approach that will challenge each athlete at their own given level of competency and ability.  
6 Sundays January 8th - February 12th

Grades 3rd - 8th  4:00-5:00*

*Classes on Super Bowl Sunday, February 5th will be held earlier in the day to allow students to watch the game

*About Joel Raether:

The MSC is pleased to announce the addition of Joel Raether as our strength and conditioning coach.  Joel is currently the head strength and conditioning coach for the Colorado Mammoth and has extensive training experience with other sports programs, including the University of Denver and the University of Nebraska.  

Joel's experiences include training for men's and women's basketball, alpine skiing, lacrosse, golf, track and field, tennis, wrestling, baseball, football, swimming and soccer.  Joel has incorporated his training programs into summer camps and youth programs at DU which he coordinated from 2002-2009.
